Stumbled on this app from a friend's tip (blame my sister). Paid for subscription but most books were locked — annoying. Support actually cancelled and refunded quickly, so eh, glad it ended fine.

Paid for a 'premium' upgrade, got only the daily free bit at first, thought I’d been shortchanged. Contacted support, they fixed the access and delivery was on time, so I'm kinda okay.

clean layout, easy on the eyes, and it nicely remembers where you left off — that actually surprised me in a good way. But then the subscription mess hit: auto-renew is on by default and the settings are buried, so turning it off felt like digging through a maze. I had to hunt for "cancel subscription" and felt like, wait, am I cancelling a paid year? Customer support gave me canned replies, no real help. So, solid for the reading experience, annoying for the rest. I tell people about the app, but I always add the "don’t forget to check settings" heads-up.

My app wasn't working, but Marrianne helped me and the team fixed it really quickly. She kept me in the loop the whole time. It was awesome to see my issue resolved so quickly!

My account got locked even though I paid for it, eh! I tried to log in on my computer but it said I had to sign up through the app, even though I already did, you know? The support section worked but I couldn't contact them, like what a bummer. The mobile app kept saying something unexpected happened, so frustrating. After reinstalling a bunch of times, I finally got in, even though it said I didn't have an account, like really? I ended up canceling my subscription because it was such a mess, can't deal with that, eh.
