SpeedI just bought some ink cartridges from this company and I gotta say, I was really disappointed with how it all went down. Ordering was fine, but the delivery was a total mess. The package got delayed for weeks because of their mistake, which was a huge pain for me. I tried contacting customer service, but they didn't even try to fix things or send me a new package. Dealing with such lousy service, especially when I needed those cartridges right away, was super frustrating.
