Their online chat support was really helpful, and my order got shipped out fast. I've been using third-party ink for my printer, and it's been working just as good as the original ink but costs a lot less. One thing I've noticed though is that they don't always have a lot of ink cartridges without the chips, and they don't restock them regularly, which is a bit annoying for me because I can't use my OEM chips with those cheaper cartridges. Despite this, I plan to keep buying from them because overall I've had a good experience.
