I used to be a regular customer of this company, but lately, I've been really let down by the quality of their products. The ink cartridges I bought were leaking everywhere, and the drums were not working right. I tried to contact customer service for assistance, but they weren't helpful at all and didn't seem to care about what I had to say. I'd suggest checking out a local company for better service and higher quality products.

I bought these cartridges, eh, and they were all messy and leaking everywhere! The black ink was smudging, and the colors were spilling powder inside my printer. I had to clean up a big mess, not worth it at all. Customer service blamed shipping, but the packaging was fine. It's the cartridges that are poorly made, eh. I won't buy from them again, I'd rather pay more for new ones from a local store, ya know.

I've ordered from this company before and always been happy with their products, but this time I'm really disappointed. The black ink cartridge I got has two big issues. First, it's showing as almost empty on my printer screen even though it's actually full. Second, there's a problem with the damper causing the blue ink to mix with the black ink. This is the first time I've used a $10 discount with their loyalty points, and now I might have to pay to send back these faulty cartridges. I'm so mad! I won't be able to print for a few days, and it might end up costing me more money. On top of all that, these cartridges are only good until January 2022 (8 months) while they usually last almost two years. I hope the company will send me a replacement cartridge without making me return the faulty one. That's the least they could do.

The toner from this company seemed fine initially, but after using it for a bit, I noticed that the magenta started leaking all over the place and the black was looking pale. Not happy with the quality and hoping my printer wasn't damaged.

I just bought some toner cartridges from this company and I gotta say, they're pretty great. The ink and toner quality is just as good as the expensive ones, but way cheaper. I like the remanufactured ones better - they're a lot more affordable and I haven't had any problems with them yet. Plus, their customer service is top-notch. I called them a few times to place orders and they were super helpful and friendly every time.
