Champagne order never arrived

I was so excited to pop open a bottle of champagne, but it never showed up. I checked the tracking and saw it was stuck on the truck for a whole week, eh? Like, come on, why the delay? My other FedEx stuff gets here no problem. It's annoying to think they're trying to make me fork over cash for speedy shipping. I'm totally let down by this whole delivery situation.

3-day delivery frustration

I can't believe there was no explanation for why 3-day delivery wasn't an option! I'm a Stewardship member and I was happy to pay extra for quick delivery, but not having that choice left me clueless. It's really frustrating and has definitely affected how I feel about the company.

I really liked all the different types of wine I could choose from on Wine.com. The prices were pretty good, especially when comparing them to other websites selling wine. But I was kind of bummed out about how long it took for my order to arrive - it was usually later than they said it would be.

So, let me tell ya, Wine.com really messed up when it came to delivering my package. I was hoping for a smooth process, but instead, I was left feeling frustrated and annoyed. And to add insult to injury, they used FedEx for the delivery, which made things even worse. The delivery person tried dropping off my order while I was home, but I was busy working down in the basement. They barely waited a minute before taking off. Like, come on! That lack of effort and not considering my schedule is just not cool. And trying to deal with my order through their text link was a total disaster. It was a complete flop. I couldn't track my order or change the delivery at all. And get this, I even went the extra mile to put a vacation hold on my FedEx account, but Wine.com still tried delivering my order multiple times after I had already made special arrangements. Can you believe it?

Champagne ordered for birthday gift

So I ordered a bottle of champagne for my buddy's birthday from this website. I'm in NYC and the gift was heading to California. Wanted it to be a sweet surprise, but lo and behold - the bottle never showed up when it was supposed to! Ends up it got sent to the wrong address by accident. Now I'm just waiting, hoping it finally gets delivered. The online service was fine, but if they can't even get the shipping right, what's the deal, eh?
