CommunicationI rolled my eyes at that promo email — all tiny fine print. I almost dumped my cart, but then I placed the order anyway and when the box showed up exactly when they said, and everything was exactly what I wanted, I actually smiled. So yeah, be clearer with discounts, but keep up the good stock and quick delivery, too — honestly.
