CommunicationI ran into some trouble with the shipping dates when I was trying to put in my order. The website just wouldn't accept the dates I wanted, so I had to reach out to customer service for help. The only problem was that they weren't around late at night, so I had to hold off until the next day to sort things out. Dealing with this problem was annoying, but I finally got my order placed after some back-and-forth.
