I just bought some coffee and tea from that store and one of the items ended up being damaged when it got to me. But, when I got in touch with customer service, this super helpful lady named Sophie helped me out right away by getting me a replacement. I really appreciate the awesome customer service I got during this whole situation.

Yeah, so I accidentally got tea cups instead of tea. But luckily, Ms Olivia was able to fix it pretty fast and she even gave me a little gift as a bonus.

We reached out to customer service and they got everything sorted out within a day. Being long-time customers, it's nice to feel appreciated. The customer service at this company is amazing. I needed a new lid for my teapot, and getting it was easy and quick. Monica, the staff member, was so nice and helpful the whole time. Even when I wasn't very good at getting back to her, she stayed patient and helpful. I'm really thankful for the fantastic customer service Monica and the company provided.

My visit to this store was amazing! Daniela, the staff member, provided exceptional customer service. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and really made sure my shopping experience was great. Daniela gave me advice on various tea blends and even made a sample of cookies and cream hot chocolate for me to taste. What impressed me the most was her approach - she was helpful without being too pushy, and I really liked that. While I was in Cambridge, I also picked up some chocolate covered coffee beans from the store that my dad is loving.

She gave me great advice on which green tea would be best for me and let me try out different ones to help me decide.
