Woke up with a sort of hangover even though I hadn't been drinking — the weird part. I’ve been sipping the GABA drinks in the evenings to calm down after work and fall asleep, and while they arrived fast and plastic-free (I appreciated that), the next-morning thing keeps happening. The in-the-moment effect is almost nil for me — just a tiny mellowing — but the following day I get a dry mouth and a headache that feels like I overdid it. First time was after the gold one, last night I tried the red and same story. I’m sensitive to caffeine and odd ingredients, so maybe it’s me, but three tries and three mornings of the same symptom feel more than coincidence. I’m thankful it isn’t worse and that the packaging was thoughtful, but I’m bummed because I wanted this to be a simple nightly ritual. Not sure if I’ll risk trying again.
