ServiceIn the end I'd give them a cautious thumbs up — got my money back after a long wait. I sent back trainers that didn’t fit, it took nearly a month to show up in their system and I kept getting vague replies. Felt like other brands sort this faster, but after poking the support team (and a follow-up) they processed it. Not perfect, slow, but it worked and I'm relieved.

Qualityon my third run the heel started rubbing right through — the inside lining had peeled away and left a raw patch. At first the outer pattern peeled off after one walk, but then the inner layer tore on a run and messed up my heel. I pinged support a few times and only heard back months later, who said it wasn't a manufacturing fault. Kinda disappointed — comfy at first though. I’d tell friends to wait for better quality or ask for photos before buying.

It showed up earlier than estimated, well packed, and there was a small handwritten note tucked inside—unexpected and sweet. I messaged customer support with a dumb question and they replied quickly, polite and actually helpful. Price-wise it's reasonable, maybe a dollar or two less would be nicer, but all in all I’m really pleased. Tip: use the tracking.

Servicegreat shoes, abysmal aftercare. I bought these a few months ago and actually liked them immediately — solid build, comfy out of the box, better than I expected for the price. Problem started when I needed a bigger size: I returned the pair (they confirmed receipt within a week) and asked for an exchange or refund. They wouldn't swap sizes and insisted I repurchase. I asked for a refund six months ago and despite many emails they've been radio silent. I'm surprised the shoes are so good, but I'm pretty annoyed by the ghosting and lack of response.

ServiceI thought I’d lucked out when I added two pairs and the promo promised a free item. Shoes landed fast and in good shape. The freebie, though, did a Houdini. Customer service told me the promo wasn’t available in my country — even after I’d added it to my basket. I tried explaining that the web is worldwide, but they stuck to their line. They were happy to take my money and ship the shoes to Canada, not the extra. Nice shoes. Clumsy company. If you try this, save screenshots and be ready to push back; it’s a little annoying but worth it.
