Communicationwould it arrive on time, would it look like the photos, and what if returns were a nightmare? Those worries faded fast. It showed up earlier than estimated, well packed, and there was a small handwritten note tucked inside—unexpected and sweet. I messaged customer support with a dumb question and they replied quickly, polite and actually helpful. Price-wise it's reasonable, maybe a dollar or two less would be nicer, but all in all I’m really pleased. Tip: use the tracking.
