Friend recommended these and I saw them online. Wore them a few hours and one insole went lumpy. Sent them back 25 days ago and since then nothing. Only automated case numbers. No human reply. I was hopeful when returning but ended up checking spam and calling twice.

I messaged customer support with a dumb question and they replied quickly, polite and actually helpful.
