Communicationeither swap them at your local hardware or mail the old ones back and they'll replace them. That was the surprising part; straight solution, no runaround. My gripe is more about the ad copy: nowhere did it mention you'd need new-style cylinders, so I fiddled around for a bit before calling. Delivery of the replacement parts (if you choose mail) might take a few days, so plan for that. The machine itself? Works well — three bubble levels, quiet-ish, no drama. If you're buying, just double-check your canister type first. Would've been nicer to see that on the product page, but customer service redeemed the situation.
