Mixed nuts and dried fruit

Hey there, I've been a loyal customer for a while now. Last Friday I tried to order some mixed nuts and dried fruit, but for some reason, my order didn't go through. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me my order got wiped out and they couldn't find any record of it. The rep asked me to give her the items again so she could input the order manually. I was worried about a duplicate order, but she reassured me that if I got only one confirmation email, it meant only one order was placed.

Unfortunately, on Tuesday I ended up getting that duplicate order I feared. When I tried to sort this out, the customer service team wasn't very helpful and insisted it was my fault for placing two orders. Even though I asked them to fix it, they wouldn't take back the extra order or refund me. They said a manager would call me to talk about it, but it's been two days and I haven't heard anything. I'm really let down by the lack of care and responsibility from the customer service team.

I ordered Jelly Beans but got the wrong product instead. When I contacted customer service, they only offered to refund 50% of my money. I am disappointed that they couldn't resolve their mistake properly. I definitely expected better service from a high-end company like theirs.
