Basic ingredients and occasional snacks

I've been shopping at this online store for a while now, eh. Back when I was living far from any grocery stores, I needed a good spot to get basic ingredients and treats once in a while. I first checked them out for their wide range of nuts, dried fruits, baking stuff, and cooking gear. Even now that I'm closer to grocery stores, I still stick with them because I like the variety of stuff they have, plus the taste and convenience of getting everything sent straight to my door, ehh. I cook everything from scratch, so their products always meet my high standards.

Rancid deluxe mix purchase

The fancy mix I got was just gross. It was really bad quality, I couldn't even eat it. I contacted customer service to get my money back, but all they gave me was store credit. Plus, I'd have to pay for shipping if I wanted to send it back. This isn't the kind of service you should get nowadays. It seemed like they didn't care about the customers, just wanted to make money.

Variety of items including chocolate covered raisins

As someone who's been a loyal customer for a while now, I always appreciated the great service this company provided in the past. But my most recent order was a bit of a letdown. The chocolate covered raisins had way too much chocolate, so I couldn't even taste the raisins properly. And to top it off, some of them didn't even have any raisins! When I reached out to customer service by email, I heard back from a lady named Phoebe. Instead of the full refund they usually offer, I was only given a 50% credit this time. That was pretty disappointing, especially considering the issues with the product. They didn't even acknowledge the times when I received wrapped hard candy with nothing inside. So, with all these quality control problems and the unsatisfactory response from customer service, I've decided to stop supporting this company. I won't be recommending their products to my friends and family anymore after this recent experience.

I've been buying stuff from this company for a bit now, but when I found out they don't test for heavy metals like lead and cadmium, I've decided to stop ordering from them. As someone who buys their stuff, it's super important to me that what I'm getting is safe and doesn't have any bad stuff in it. It's pretty upsetting to find out that this company doesn't really care enough about their customers' health to do the right testing. I really value knowing what I'm putting into my body, so it's disappointing to see a company skipping out on such a crucial step.

5kg bag of Cashews

I've been a faithful customer of this company for some time now, but I was really let down by my recent purchase of a 5kg bag of Cashews. When I opened the bag, I found bugs all over it. I contacted customer service right away, but the responses I got were not helpful at all. The person I talked to even tried to blame me for the issue, which was not what I expected from a company I've been loyal to. Now, I not only lost money on the product I had to throw out, but I also have bugs spreading to other items in my pantry. I filed a formal complaint, but I'm not happy with how this was handled.

This company is such a joke, eh? Selling nuts that could be contaminated without even saying so on their website is totally deceiving and unsafe. Can you believe they'd do that and put their customers at risk, eh? The fact that they aren't being upfront about it is just terrible and shows they don't care about their customers at all. It's just total garbage, eh.

I just bought a bunch of fresh nuts and dried fruits from this online store. The ordering was super easy and their website was really user-friendly. I had no problem finding what I wanted from their big selection of goodies. The package came right on time and everything was packed well to keep it fresh. Honestly, I was pretty happy with the quality and taste of everything I got.
