I used to have a great experience with this company, eh, but lately it's been disappointing, ya know? I've been a loyal customer for years, but the quality and service have really gone downhill. My last order in December was a total disaster - three bags of nuts showed up covered in fungus or mildew. I reached out to customer service, and they only agreed to give me store credit for two bags. So now, I tried to order some candies and wanted to use my $28 store credit, eh, to help with the cost. But they told me I couldn't use it to get free shipping. I called customer service for help, and they just brushed it off, saying there was nothing they could do for me. Really disappointing, eh?

I ordered a bunch of dried fruits and nuts from this company not too long ago, and you know what? It was a total let down. They said they had top-notch products, but honestly, I thought they tasted kinda meh and weren't all that fresh. Plus, I got hit with some surprise fees that they didn't mention when I was ordering, like seriously, a 20% charge for shipping that was supposed to be free? That's shady. I just bought $70 worth of organic snacks, like roasted mixed nuts, trail mixes, and dried fruit. However, when I got everything, it was all stale and gross. The dried fruit mix had a weird smell when I opened it, and it looked like it was starting to go bad. The mixed nuts tasted kind of like cardboard, with way more cashews than hazelnuts, making it seem like they were trying to save money by using cheaper nuts. It looked like they were just throwing stuff in the bags as they went along, instead of keeping them fresh in sealed containers, which is probably why everything ended up going bad before it even got to me.
