PackagingI've been buying French Vanilla pods from here forever and never had any issues. But then I ordered a big box with like 100 of them, and most of them spilled coffee grounds in my cup. It was so strange. Surprisingly, my partner's pods were totally fine. I tried to get replacements but they wouldn't help me out. So long, Maud's!

PackagingThe French Vanilla coffee at this spot is so tasty, but the k-cups are a total nightmare. Whenever I try to brew a cup, the darn k-cup blows up and leaves me with a big mess to deal with. I've reached out to customer service a bunch of times and they keep sending me new shipments, but the problem still happens. It's really disappointing because the coffee tastes great, but all the trouble and mess just isn't worth it. Maud's gotta fix their k-cup game before I even think about trying them again.
