Defective product

I just bought a coffee maker from this company, but it crapped out on me after only three days. I called customer service and was pretty let down by how clueless and unprofessional the reps were. Managed to get a replacement ordered, but then got an email saying it got canceled. This whole thing has made me so annoyed and unimpressed with their customer service.

Keurig Supreme coffee machine

I bought a coffee machine back in April 2022. I followed the instructions and did the descaling like they said. When the machine wouldn't turn on, I called customer service for help. They were all the way in the Philippines. They said they'd send me a new machine, but it never showed up. They blamed it on a system glitch and asked me to pay for shipping, which I did. But I never got my refund. It was such a frustrating experience with all these broken promises and lousy service.

Recent purchase experience

My recent encounter with the customer service folks was a total letdown. I talked to three different reps in just one call, and none of them seemed to know what they were doing or care about helping me out. I was on the phone forever, and by the end of it, I felt so frustrated and like no one even listened to me. It was seriously one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in ages. I definitely recommend avoiding this company if you want good, quick service.

Auto delivery coffee

I've been getting coffee delivered by the same service for a while now, and at first, things were okay, nothing too crazy. It was pretty handy having it show up without me having to think about it. But once the pandemic hit, it turned into a real mess. I get that things were tough for everyone, but the customer service I had to deal with was just terrible. Every time I called, I got sent to some faraway call centre, and half the time my call would just drop with no fix to my problem. It was beyond annoying. And on top of that, the delivery folks would just leave my package in the lobby without even letting me know. I'd have to go find it myself. The whole lack of responsibility and the fact that they couldn't figure out simple problems left me super disappointed and frustrated.
