Purchased a coffee machine
Purchased a coffee machine
CommunicationI recently bought a coffee machine from this company, eh. Gotta say, it was a huge letdown, ya know? I placed my order on December 17th, 2020, and even got a tracking number for it. But then, after waiting for days, I figured out that they never actually shipped it. I tried reaching out to their customer service through emails, messages, and phone calls, but I never heard back from them, eh. Felt like they were just ignoring me completely, eh. Honestly, dealing with them was like dealing with spam, eh. I'd warn everyone to be cautious before buying anything from there.

CommunicationOMG, so I was, like, telling them to stop with the spam emails 'cause I never even signed up with them, but they just kept sending me junk! Then they were all like, "Call customer service," and I had to wait FOREVER! And then, after that, they had the nerve to send me more spam saying thanks for signing up and trying to sell me stuff. So finally, when they did answer, and I asked them to stop the spam, they straight up just hung up on me! Like, for real, I'm gonna finish up the pods I have, but I am never buying from them again!
About Keurig
Keurig is a company known for its pioneering development of the single-serve coffee maker and its K-Cup pods, which contain a pre-measured amount of coffee grounds. Founded in Massachusetts in the early 1990s by John Sylvan and Peter Dragone, the company aimed to offer both convenience and quality in coffee preparation for office and later, household environments. Originally targeting the office market, Keurig's success led to its acquisition by Green Mountain Coffee Roasters in 2006, which significantly expanded the variety of beverages available in K-Cup form. Today, Keurig operates as part of Keurig Dr Pepper, a result of the 2018 merger between Keurig Green Mountain and Dr Pepper Snapple Group. This merger created a major player in the beverage sector, offering a wide range of hot and cold beverages.
