The customer service was a joke, they didn't take any responsibility for the awful product and service. I suggest you steer clear of this place and keep your money. Do yourself a favor and make your own fruit arrangement at home.

ServiceI just got a fresh fruit bouquet for a special occasion, but ran into a problem when I went to pick it up - my delivery got lost. I was pretty bummed, but luckily Jacob at the store was super helpful and understanding. He quickly arranged for another delivery and even tossed in some extra treats to make up for the inconvenience. Jacob really went out of his way to make sure I was happy, and his top-notch customer service didn't go unnoticed. I really appreciate his professionalism and commitment to making customers happy.
