QualityI recently bought a Valentine's Day fruit arrangement and it was a total disappointment. I ordered it early but it arrived late, and the fruit tray wasn't good quality. It was missing some items and there was no explanation or apology for the mistake. I tried to reach out to customer service for help, but got nowhere. The bad communication and lack of a solution made me feel cheated and now I don't want to shop there again.

QualityI got this fancy fruit basket as a gift not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. It looked nice, but all the fruit in it was not even worth trying - what a waste! When I tried to talk to the store about it, they were no help at all and acted like they had no clue what bad fruit even is. Honestly, do yourself a favor and stick to getting flowers instead.
