I gotta tell ya, my experience ordering from this liquor delivery service was a huge letdown. The app itself is a bit of a mess, with no clear communication or updates about my order. After placing my order, I was left waiting for what felt like forever for any kind of response. The lack of customer service really got me worried about whether this service can be trusted at all. On top of that, the prices were way too high compared to other similar services out there. And don't get me started on the delivery – it took way longer than I expected. All in all, I wouldn't recommend using this service unless they step up their game in terms of communication, pricing, and delivery speed.

Despite trying multiple times, ordering was a real pain in the butt. I wasted so much time just trying to get my order in on the website, and then there was no clear info on when it would be delivered. It's been a whole day now, and there's still no sign of my delivery, even though the person getting it lives super close to the store. The whole website experience was a mess and way too complicated. I'm pretty let down and frustrated with the service.
