DeliveryI couldn't believe how bad the customer service was. I waited forever for my package, only to find out it never showed up. The lady I talked to basically told me to chase them for a refund, or else they would've just pocketed my cash. It was like being robbed! There was no care, no sorry - just a complete lack of respect for their clients. Instead of just sending another package, they only offered a refund and said to reorder. Lazy service, plain and simple! It's obvious they don't know the first thing about good customer service. Absolutely nonsense. I'm done with them, no second chances.
