PackagingI bought some craft beer glasses from this store not too long ago and I was pretty disappointed when one of them showed up broken. I got in touch with their customer service team and sent them some pictures of the broken glass. They got back to me right away and said they would send me a new one. The communication was good and within a couple of days, I got a new package with the replacement glass. I really appreciate how quick and easy it was to sort this out.
