After I pushed a bit harder I finally got a refund for the missing bags and a small credit toward the next order. No big apologies, but at least the chargeback didn’t turn into a fight. Taste-wise the coffee hasn’t lost a step; it’s still what I buy it for. So my feelings ended up split: pleased with the product, annoyed with how the issue was handled. If you need dependable deliveries because of early shifts or chronic aches that make mornings rough, be cautious about relying on automatic shipments right now. They could sort the customer side out with clearer updates. Until then I’ll keep buying because the coffee helps, but I won’t be as trusting as before.
