So here I am a month later, still waiting for coffee that usually gets me going. I've been a customer for over a decade and ordered during a move with a sore back — needed the caffeine. They charged my card and sent a receipt; BRCC account says it shipped Jan 5, 2026, but FedEx shows no pickup. I called their customer line eight times in two weeks and got the same recorded message about moving a warehouse; I emailed customer care weeks ago and got no reply. I miss the coffee itself — the smell and morning routine — but the silence and no refund is what bugs me. Hoping this gets fixed.

chatbot gave stock answers, calls dropped more than once, and emails went unanswered. Local stores were polite but couldn’t fix the account issues. After a few persistent follow-ups I finally got a human response; they investigated, refunded the missing items and sent a replacement shipment. It took too long, and I won’t pretend the process was smooth, but I’m relieved they made it right. I’ve kept the subscription for now, though I’ll watch future deliveries more closely.

I actually liked the coffee itself — strong, good roast — which is why I'm a bit torn. I ordered late December and when they said the warehouse was moving I asked to cancel on Jan 9. Tried the chat a few times (the bot opened tickets but you can't get a real person), emailed Jan 12 and opened another ticket, and then... silence. They charged my card and on Jan 20 the order showed shipped, even though I'd already ordered elsewhere. The box arrived missing the 22-count Spirit of '76 — annoying, and I had to file a claim with my credit card. On the bright side, the stuff that did arrive smells great and tastes solid, so the product itself is good. Service and communication need work, big time. My tip: if you plan to buy, be ready to follow up and maybe dispute charges if you cancel. I really hope they make it easier to reach someone and improve cancellation tracking — fix that and this would be an easy recommendation. As it stands, decent coffee, patchy process.
