CommunicationI tried to order some personalized tea bags from this place, but man, it was a total disaster! I couldn't even get through to anyone on the phone - like, seriously, answer the phone, come on! And the shipping fees? Way too expensive! And let me tell you, it got even worse when UPS asked for more money for delivery. Not cool, not cool at all. The tea bags were just okay, nothing amazing. The website was easy to navigate, but the prices were in USD, not Canadian dollars. No way, I won't be using this place again!
