DeliveryI've been a loyal customer for a few years now and I've always loved the quality of the teas I buy. But my latest order is taking forever to arrive. It's already been five weeks since I placed the order and even after contacting customer service, I haven't gotten a good solution. They said they would keep me updated on the order status, but I haven't heard anything. I've asked for a refund now because this delay is just not cool.
