Small ad, big headache
Small ad, big headache
Communicationit left New Jersey and then… nothing. Stared at that same status for ages. I waited two weeks because I got busy, then emailed them. They asked me to wait another week even though the tracker didn’t move. After that week I reached out again by email and through their site and heard radio silence. Meanwhile they kept sending promo emails (and wouldn’t let me unsubscribe properly), which was the small, annoying constant in the whole thing. I dug into other reviews and saw I wasn’t the only one stuck on “left New Jersey.” That finally pushed me to file a complaint with the BBB — which, to their credit, did make them reply (they blamed a generic inbox and the post office). They said they’d refund; I still didn’t get it. So yeah, not great. One thing I can say I’m glad about: checking the tracking and reviews early saved me from spending more money with them. It’s a mixed bag — mildly relieved I avoided more losses, but still disappointed they never did right by me.

CommunicationMy first time ordering from this company was a bit of a hassle because I ended up only getting one yellow tea storage tin instead of the three I had ordered. At first, I couldn't figure out how to get in touch with customer service on their website, which frustrated me. But after a bit of digging, I found an email on their social media and reached out. The customer service team from the UK got back to me right away, saying they'd check on the issue. I was happy they responded quickly and were ready to fix things. A few days later, they sent me the missing tins and everything was sorted out to my liking.
