Servicethis is sloppy. Contacted support and they offered a coupon for the cost of replacement batteries, but only to use on a new order (plus VAT and shipping), which felt a bit like kicking the can. I do appreciate that they replied and tried to compensate, and to be fair their agent was polite, so my annoyance softened. Still, they should list battery requirements clearly and not blame T&S. I’ve had better and worse with other sellers, but this was okay in the end.
