Package lost, now what

Weird — courier says my parcel got lost. I paid €331.12 on 21/11/2025 and really need it for work. Can you resend or at least refund? I’ve had slower mess-ups elsewhere but this is annoying, so please sort delivery ASAP.

Nearly gave up, but they came through

Was halfway making coffee when the site froze on me — couldn't even check out for weeks. I was skeptical, thought I'd lost the order. Customer support actually replied fast, fixed a glitch and confirmed my delivery. Now it's in daily use at home and work, and the delivery was surprisingly quick.

Nice gear, shaky follow-up

I first spotted these on a home automation forum and a buddy told me to order one. Device itself feels solid, setup was easy and honestly it worked better than I expected — surprised by the reliability. Shipping was quick, but the courier (Evri) lost the parcel and support has been useless, dragging their feet on a refund.

Thermostat drama, happy-ish ending

Cold morning, kids yelling, coffee getting cold — then the display booted and stayed. That's when I knew it worked. Had a week of boot loop and then I waited ages for a replacement, took way too long, but when the new wall unit arrived and actually controlled the heat, I felt relieved, mildly triumphant even. Still, shipping and support could be faster. Use daily, works now.

Coupon didn’t feel like a real fix

this is sloppy. Contacted support and they offered a coupon for the cost of replacement batteries, but only to use on a new order (plus VAT and shipping), which felt a bit like kicking the can. I do appreciate that they replied and tried to compensate, and to be fair their agent was polite, so my annoyance softened. Still, they should list battery requirements clearly and not blame T&S. I’ve had better and worse with other sellers, but this was okay in the end.
