Vital Proteins - Reviews and experiences

I bought some protein powder from this company not too long ago and man, let me tell you, dealing with their customer service was a real pain in the butt. I told them about this problem with their website where I couldn't sign in to order more, and the person I talked to just brushed me off and didn't help at all. I even tried just checking out as a guest, but ran into the same dang issue. It was super annoying to see that they didn't seem to give a hoot about getting their website fixed and helping me out. Plus, as soon as I kept bugging them for a fix, they stopped talking to me altogether. Can you believe that?

I can't believe how incompetent and uncaring the customer service team at this company is. I've been trying to contact them about my order for weeks now, and it's starting to feel impossible. I should have checked reviews before buying from them, and now I'm kicking myself for it. It's really frustrating to see a company be so careless, especially when it comes to helping out their customers with questions and problems.

I recently bought some collagen powder from your company because there was a deal for Simply Cook. But I gotta say, I've been pretty let down by the customer service so far. I got an email saying sorry for the delay in getting the Simply Cook offer, but it still hasn't shown up. I've tried reaching out through email and messages, but I've been straight up ignored. Good service is super important to me as a customer, and Vital Proteins has really dropped the ball on that. It's frustrating when a company cares more about making money than actually helping out their customers.
