Honestly, if I could, I'd give them zero stars. The amount of documents they wanted from me was just plain ridiculous. And just when I thought I had given them everything they needed, they would come back asking for more. It's like a never-ending cycle of paperwork. On top of that, every time I called, I was getting a different agent giving me conflicting information. It was a complete mess and a total waste of my time. Horrible experience overall.

So basically, my car kept giving me trouble, so I asked the company to take it back since I couldn't keep shelling out money for repairs. But nope, they said no to repossession, leaving me stuck with a money pit on wheels. I begged for help, but they just sat back and waited three whole months before hitting me with more interest charges. I feel totally used and fed up with their awful customer service.
