I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. I've been waiting for my loan to get funded for 15 minutes now, and I still haven't heard anything about what's going on. I've tried contacting customer service for help, but I can't get a hold of anyone. It's worrying how there's no accountability or communication from them, and I'm just feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with their service overall.

So I was trying to get a loan and I expected it to be quick and easy, but then they hit me with, "Hey, you gotta send your stuff in pdf format". Like, why couldn't you mention that earlier? And then they're like, "No screenshots allowed!" But wait, you told me to take a picture of the form and send it to you. What's the deal with that? It was all so confusing! The whole process was just a pain in the rear end. I had to call them to make sure they received my documents. And guess what? They didn't even see them at first, had to check a different email! What a mess. It really made me nervous to think about what would happen if I actually got a loan from them. Yikes! I sent them an email expressing my frustration. They definitely don't deserve my business. But I hope they learn from this and start being more transparent with people in the future.
