Timingpickup on time, driver efficient and helpful, no issues getting to the hotel. The problem was the return: the confirmation I got didn’t show a full date, and apparently the booking was for the 28th instead of the 27th. Because it was a red‑eye I’d assumed the timing, so when nothing turned up I called and by then it was too late to salvage the original ride. Ended up taking a taxi that, annoyingly, cost me about $25 less than the company’s fare. I also lost the prepaid transfer fee because it was past the 24‑hour cancellation window. Customer support didn’t offer a good fix at that point. Small relief: the initial service was solid and the driver was professional, so it wasn’t all bad. Tip for others: double‑check the return date on the confirmation and ask for explicit pickup date/time — it would save you from a messy, expensive night.
