QualityMy recent airport pickup was not so good. The car was dirty and the driver didn't seem to know the area very well, just relying on his GPS. That led us to get stuck in traffic on a Saturday afternoon. Plus, at the end of the ride, the driver asked for a tip which wasn't cool.
