Shuttle Finder - Reviews and experiences

I took an airport shuttle service for my flight into NYC. My flight got delayed for 2 hours, so I was worried about how I would get to my destination once I landed. But, the driver texted me and actually waited for my flight to land. I was so relieved and grateful for the driver's proactive communication and flexibility. It saved me from having to scramble to make new plans at the last minute.

Booking a shuttle online was pretty straightforward, but I did run into a minor problem that I had to deal with through email. It was a bit of a pain being in HST and not having a phone number to reach them after hours, which slowed down my booking. It would've been nice to have a more accessible customer service team on hand.

The guy said he was here but he's nowhere to be seen. I tried reaching out to him a bunch of times with texts and calls, but didn't hear back. And even the number on the receipt didn't work. It's been such a hassle and super annoying.

The website wasn't working right, and even when I tried reaching out to customer service, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. This made me wonder if the company didn't have enough staff or if they were purposely making it hard for customers to cancel their reservations.

The drivers were right on time when they picked us up and we really liked getting the text messages about when they would arrive. But it was hard to communicate with them because of a language barrier. Actually, one of the drivers had to use a translation app to talk to us, which made it a bit stressful to find them at the pickup spots. Also, their driving wasn't great - we saw one of them texting while driving. And during the rides, both drivers were on the phone speaking in a language we didn't understand, which made the trip not so fun for us.

The airport shuttle pickup was great, eh, but trying to confirm the return trip was a bit tricky, you know? At first, I thought I booked a round trip, but the paperwork only showed one way. After chatting with the company, everything got sorted out, and the return trip was just as good as the first one, eh. I also used the service in LA, going from the airport to Hollywood and back with no issues at all. The only problem I had was that the discount code I got from the shuttle service didn't work, eh.

They tried to pin it on Shuttle Finder, but my confirmation from Shuttle Finder was spot on. So, just make sure to double-check with the provider, you know?

After checking out a bunch of companies that do the same thing, I gotta say, this one really stands out for how detailed they are in planning when to pick me up and drop me off. They even used our flight info to figure out the best times, which took a load off my mind. And their customer service team was super friendly and really helped me out when I had a question about my booking. I shot them a message on their website and got a quick and useful reply. All in all, I'm super happy we went with this service.
