I rented a car not too long ago and it was a great experience. The person at the check-in desk was super helpful and let me use her hotspot to change my credit card limit. She didn't push me to buy insurance, and I got to pick from the cars they had in the lot, which ended up being a better one than the one I had reserved. Dropping off the car was easy, and it was in great shape with only 54,000 km on it. The shuttle driver even gave me a hand with my bags.

The folks at this car rental spot were really awesome. Elizabeth was super friendly at check-in, and Darling made check-out quick and easy. I'm from FL and I liked that there were no mileage limits or expensive deposits like other places. It made renting a car stress-free and fun. I definitely suggest this car rental service to anyone looking for a dependable and easy rental experience.

I rented a car from this company recently, and I gotta say the service was top-notch. The staff, especially Amber and Genesis, really went out of their way to make sure my spouse and I were well taken care of. They were super attentive, knew their stuff, and were eager to help us out from the moment we walked in. Miriam provided amazing service, she explained everything about renting and returning the car. I made a mistake and left my keys with the rental keys, but I called Lost and Found. They called me back within an hour and sent my keys through Fed-Ex. I got them in 2 days.

I just rented a car for the first time at the MIA location, and it was really great. The shuttle service was on time when I got there, and I was able to easily rent a new Dodge Charger for five days at a good price. The staff at the rental desk were so nice and professional, which made the whole process smooth and quick. The pickup at the airport was fast, the process at the rental place was quick, and the staff were super nice the whole time. The SUV I got was in awesome shape and the price was fair. Returning the car was a breeze too. All in all, I was very happy with my rental at that spot.
