Fox Rent A Car - Reviews and experiences

The whole rental experience was honestly great, from getting picked up by the shuttle to the awesome customer service at the rental office. The car was in really good shape too. The only tiny issue was getting charged for an extra day by mistake, but when I let them know, they quickly refunded the extra money. Even with that little hiccup, I'd for sure use this car rental company again and tell others to do the same.

The pickup went well, and the staff were really nice and helpful. But I was kind of bummed when the service guy tried to sell me a toll pass I didn't actually need for my trip. I trusted his advice because he knew the area, but I ended up feeling a bit ripped off. I like good service, but I don't like feeling pressured to buy stuff I don't want.

My experience with Fox Rent A Car was kind of disappointing because I had to take two buses to get to and from the airport locations. This is something other car rental companies don't make me do, so Fox is not as good when it comes to getting around. The prices were okay, but I was hoping for a better deal considering the hassle of the transportation. Maybe next time Fox could think about providing a more convenient and competitive way for customers to get around.
