I decided to hop on the bus as suggested by my hotel in Venice because of the train strikes. Gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The bus was super clean, had big windows for a nice view, and the ride was smooth and quiet. The seats were comfy and the bathroom was tidy. Even with all the holiday traffic, the bus still managed to get to our destination on time. But once we got to Ljubljana, things got a bit chaotic when everyone tried to get off the bus at once and grab their luggage. Luckily, the driver was there to help with organizing the luggage situation. All in all, I was pretty impressed with the service and would definitely consider taking the bus again.

The bus was bang on time, which was awesome. The driver was super friendly and gave us a nice welcome message before we took off. The bus was spotless and cozy. But, all that goodness was kinda spoiled by some loud passengers yapping on their phones through the bus speakers the whole darn trip!

My time with this bus company was pretty good overall. I liked that the buses were on time, the facilities were clean, and the drivers were friendly. But it would be even better if they had a proper waiting area for us passengers, especially when the train stations aren't open. Standing on the street just doesn't feel right.

The driver was so helpful when my flight got in early and I needed to catch an earlier bus from Vienna airport to Bratislava. I wasn't sure what to do since my ticket was for a later bus, but the driver helped me and a few others switch our tickets so we could get to Bratislava sooner. He was so willing to assist and quick in sorting everything out, which really made a difference in making sure the trip went well without any stress. I was really grateful for his professionalism and kindness. It definitely added to the overall positive experience of taking the bus.

I made a reservation for a long bus ride and paid extra for seats. But the company switched our seats to unreserved for the second part of the trip last minute. We were bummed out cause we picked and paid for reserved seats on purpose. I reached out to customer service, they ended up giving me back the fee for the reserved seats, which I was thankful for. It would have been easier if they just gave the refund automatically.

Getting a ticket was so easy, all the details were sent right to my inbox. But man, the lack of assigned seating was a bit of a mess - had to move around because of conflicting seat reservations, not cool at all!

I took a bus from Torino to Verona not long ago and the driver was amazing! It was raining on May 1st, which is also World Employees Day, but he still made sure everyone on the bus was comfortable and happy. He gave out paper towels to people who were wet, including their stuff, and asked if anyone needed help before we left. His kindness and hard work really made the trip special. I've been using this bus service for three years now, and this driver's exceptional service definitely stood out as one of the best experiences I've had.

The bus was really nice and cozy, and the driver was super polite and cautious. The washroom did run out of toilet paper, but at least it didn't stink, so it wasn't too bad. I actually mentioned to people how awesome it was to ride on this bus, especially because there was a washroom available. The trip was right on schedule, so I'm crossing my fingers that the service keeps getting better in the future.

The bus schedule was great, eh! There were lots of times to choose from, making it easy for us to plan our trip, ya know? The stops were well laid out and the bus was right on time, eh! It made our journey super smooth and stress-free. But, we ran into a problem where we missed our stop, eh! We told the driver ahead of time, but they forgot to let the driver know, eh! So, we had to take a cab back, which was a pain and cost us extra, eh!
