FlixBus - Reviews and experiences

I was so disappointed that there was no Wi-Fi on the buses I took. I really needed it to stay connected while I was traveling. Also, the timing issue on my invoice was a big inconvenience because I had to wait an extra hour at the bus station. But even with these problems, the rest of the trip was pretty good in terms of comfort and speed.

So, I recently booked a bus from Zagreb to Split, Croatia and I just wanted to tell you about my experience. Overall, the booking process was pretty easy and straightforward. I had no problems with my luggage and the Q-code system made getting on the bus super quick. I was happy that my seats, 12A and 12B, were available in a packed bus. The driver was professional and drove safely, which I appreciated. It was nice that the information was in both Croatian and English over the speaker system. I was also able to charge my phone without any issues during the journey.

But, I gotta say, the bus itself could use some improvements. The seats were really tight and not very comfy, and it was kind of a bummer that seats 12A and 12B didn't have curtains. Plus, the broken handrest and damaged nets for storing things in front of passengers were pretty inconvenient.

The trip was amazing, eh! The bus left right on schedule and it was really clean and comfortable. I even got to pick my own seat, which was a major plus for such a long journey. But honestly, they should totally have a washroom on board so we don't have to make so many stops, you know?

I gotta say, I was kinda let down by my last bus trip. The bus was new and pretty comfy, and the price was decent. But, I was disappointed that there were no power outlets or WiFi for the whole ten hours. I mean, come on, it's 2021, you'd expect those things on a long bus ride. And to top it off, the tap in the bathroom wasn't working, so no one could wash their hands. It was frustrating not having those basic things and it definitely impacted my trip.

My trip was pretty good overall. The driver was really good at driving and there was plenty of room for our stuff. But there were a couple of things that could have been better. For one, the regular outlets for charging weren't working, only the USB ports were. That was tough for people with devices that needed a regular outlet. And the Wi-Fi connection was weak, so it was hard to stay connected during the trip. It would've also been nice to have a bathroom on board. The trip was safe, cheap, and easy, but those changes would have made it even better.
