My experience with Discover Cars was great! Booking a rental car with them was super easy and user-friendly. Whenever I had a question about my booking, their customer service team was quick to help and gave me all the info I needed to avoid any surprise charges. I really liked how fast they were at getting back to me and how willing they were to help out right away.

The folks over there were super friendly and allowed us to bring back the car a bit later than we originally said, so we were able to take our time. It was convenient to handle everything through whatsapp, we didn't have to wait long to pick up or drop off the car.

Talking on the phone and texting made it easy to stay in touch. The car was in really good shape and easy to drive. It was nice to have the option to rent a car and explore Albania, especially when there weren't a lot of people around. It made finding parking a lot easier too.

The website was super easy to use and find my way around. I really liked how clear everything was, especially when I was looking at insurance options for Ireland. I always get confused by all the insurance terms, but the website made it simple with their super comprehensive coverage. It was such a relief to have that peace of mind while I was renting a car in a different country.

I had to cancel my booking and asked for a refund, but ended up with credit instead. So had to send another email to confirm the refund. Bit of a hassle there. But overall, it was the cheapest option and the booking process was easy.

So, I had to cancel my rental car in Florida and was waiting for my money back. I checked the rules and saw I could get a credit for future rentals. But honestly, I don't rent cars all that much so I asked if they could just refund me back on my credit card. I filled out the online form and within a minute, this guy named Max responded and said it would take about two weeks for the money to show back up on my card. Big shoutout to Max for coming through for me!
