CommunicationI almost didn't go ahead. I had doubts about moving my portfolio because their chat took ages. Waited forty minutes. When connected they asked for all stock details I didn't have on me. Was told to come back and wait again. No clear checklist, and they wouldn't let me speak to someone else. That left me very frustrated. If you're thinking of transferring, ask for a start-to-finish list first. Might try them again, but still not happy right now.
