Accounthmm, this feels off. Transfer didn’t process. They handed the cash back without asking. Worse, only part of it returned so I was short €7. My account got locked even though I’d sent every document. I was skeptical, annoyed, ready to walk away. Then I called again — long hold, but finally a person who dug into it (felt like a tiny bank mystery novel). They tracked down the missing €7 and reopened my access. The exact moment I relaxed was when the refund showed and I could log in. Not smooth, but resolved.
