Masterworks - Reviews and experiences

The folks over at Masterworks, especially Matt and Alanna, were so great and really took their time to help me out. Matt answered all my questions about my investment and made sure I was good with everything before moving forward. He didn't push me to invest more than I wanted to, which I really appreciated. Alanna helped me set up my account and walked me through each step, making sure I knew what was going on. She even showed me how to use my account and suggested I download the Masterworks app for easier access.

My grandparents, who are 77 and 80 years old, were a bit hesitant about getting into art since they're getting up there in age. But they've been collecting art for a while now and wanted to start investing in some really cool pieces. The young folks at the company were so nice and helpful, especially Phil, the guy who knows all about the tech stuff and got them all set up with their account and banking info. They decided to start with $10,000 and ended up buying two awesome pieces of art. Now they can keep adding more money whenever they want to buy new paintings. It was super easy, the only tough part is waiting for the art to sell!

I gotta say, trying to link my account was a real pain, but thank goodness Layla was there to help me out. She was so patient and knew her stuff, guiding me through the whole process without any hiccups. And now, thanks to her, I'm the happy owner of a gorgeous piece of art.
