Simple, surprisingly smooth

ServiceWas sorting out visitor health coverage for my folks, had a bunch of questions about pre-existing stuff. Keigh calmly walked me through it, no fuss. Honestly surprised how clear and quick it felt.

ServiceI started using their support when my grandma was coming over and we needed care planning. First call felt low-key and practical, Erwin walked through options, told me what mattered, I used the suggested plan and it worked, simple and clear

ServiceWasn't expecting such hands-on help — she answered all my picky questions and kept following up. The info and the actual paperwork arrived on time, and delivery — well, it was smooth. Really glad it worked out; I'd tell others to ask questions.
Solid policy, shaky follow-through

CommunicationI liked the coverage — it looked solid so I paid the $1,600 plan for my parents. My dad had an emergency the next day and the claim was denied because of a "5-day cooling period." Sales had said emergencies weren't affected, so that really stung. Nobody answers properly; INF ops contacted RobinAssist and they just passed us back and forth. Compared to other companies where claims were quick, this was messy. Still, the policy terms seem decent, so I'm hoping they fix the communication.

CommunicationI write a review because this policy failed us. I paid about $650 for travel health cover since my grandma is elderly with bad hips; I wanted peace of mind on the trip. She fell, went to urgent care and got referred to a shoulder specialist, but the insurer never faxed the pre-authorization. They also refused to email it to me even though I bought the policy with that same address. Weirdly the rep was calm and polite — small mercy — but we still had to pay out of pocket. Won't use them again.
