FOUNDERSCARD - Reviews and experiences

The marketing on social media can be misleading because it doesn't always make it clear that the promotions are mostly for the United States. I signed up and upgraded to the Elite service at a discount, only to find out that most of the deals were only available in the US. Even big companies like BA were only giving discounts on flights from the US, which didn't help us folks in the UK. The customer service team was quick to respond, but it was pretty clear that they get a lot of complaints from UK members about the lack of good offers. I asked to cancel and get a refund because there just weren't enough benefits for UK customers.

I'll tell ya, when I first signed up, I wasn't too sure if it was gonna be worth it. But let me tell ya, after a year of being a member, I can say for sure that the perks blew me away. I was concerned that some of the benefits might be similar to what I already had with other memberships, but boy was I pleasantly surprised to find unique and valuable perks with Founderscard that I couldn't get anywhere else. Whether I was travelling or looking for local deals, Founderscard always had something special to offer. And can we talk about the concierge service? It was top-notch. They were so quick and efficient, making my whole experience even better.
