ComplaintsI just signed up for FOUNDERSCARD to get some sweet deals and perks, but man, it's been a real letdown. I tried to claim a few offers and turns out they weren't even legit. When I tried to get help from customer service, it was like pulling teeth. And don't even get me started on trying to cancel my membership renewal - what a hassle. Honestly, my time with FOUNDERSCARD has been terrible, wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

ComplaintsThe marketing on social media can be misleading because it doesn't always make it clear that the promotions are mostly for the United States. I signed up and upgraded to the Elite service at a discount, only to find out that most of the deals were only available in the US. Even big companies like BA were only giving discounts on flights from the US, which didn't help us folks in the UK. The customer service team was quick to respond, but it was pretty clear that they get a lot of complaints from UK members about the lack of good offers. I asked to cancel and get a refund because there just weren't enough benefits for UK customers.
