Still waiting, three months on
Still waiting, three months on
Cancellationstill waiting on my refund — three months and counting. I asked for refunds on two tickets in March (one for my friend who's registered disabled, the other for my dad, a state pensioner) and at first I assumed it would be straightforward. First impression: polite email, promising 'processing' — that optimism didn’t last. I supplied hired machinery during the stadium's build, so it stings that the ticket team moves slower than a crane on a bad day. They owe at least interest on the £100 tickets and a proper apology. Frustrating, and honestly a bit embarrassing.
