ServiceI stayed at Vila Galé lately and I gotta tell ya, I was pretty let down by my whole experience. The room wasn't as clean as I hoped for and the customer service was kinda lacking. The staff didn't seem too interested in helping us and didn't really meet our needs. Plus, the amenities weren't as good as I thought they'd be for a hotel like this. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest staying at this place.
