Two tickets turned into six, then a slow calm
Two tickets turned into six, then a slow calm
ServiceOkay, quick story — I was on the app, nervous because I'd had a nightmare once with another vendor (refunds that never showed up), so when the payment kept throwing errors I almost closed the whole thing. I tried again, because, well, travel plans. Turns out the system had queued the payments and I ended up with four extra bookings. Classic head-desk moment. I rang support, half expecting radio silence or a script. The rep actually listened, admitted it sounded like a platform glitch, and said they'd escalate — which felt oddly reassuring. It took longer than I wanted and there were a few follow-ups, but they ended up reversing the duplicates. Not instant, not perfect, but better than my previous experiences where I got nowhere. So my pre-purchase worries were real, but they faded once someone took ownership. Still wish the interface warned me sooner, but in the end I got my money back and my sanity mostly intact.
