CommunicationI recently bought something from this company, and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. So, I splurged on this fancy coat, and they took my money right away. At first, they said I'd get it within a week, but then I got an email saying there would be a delay because of the current situation. I waited it out, but then I got another email saying my stuff was on its way and I'd get a tracking number soon. Only thing is, that tracking info never showed up. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but no one ever got back to me. Now it's been almost a whole month, and still no coat and no word from these guys. I'm frustrated and feeling pretty let down, and honestly, starting to wonder if I got scammed.

Somehow my account got mixed up with ASOS and now they don't even know my order number or email address. Can you believe it? It's the worst thing ever, especially when I'm trying to save some money, eh. Ugh, I have no idea what to do next! Seriously, I'll have to reach out to customer service, but with all these terrible reviews, I'm not sure how helpful they'll be, eh.

CommunicationI had a terrible experience with this company, eh. I returned an item two months ago and provided proof of return, but I haven't heard anything back from them. I know they got my return, but their customer service team is not helping at all. I've tried reaching out several times, but all I get are automated responses saying the email address doesn't exist anymore. It's just not right, eh. I feel like I'll never get my refund with this kind of unprofessionalism. They shouldn't be treating customers like this, eh.
