PriceI just booked a vacation package with this company, and I gotta say I was totally let down by the service. The pricing was all over the place, ended up shelling out more than what they told me at the start. And let me tell ya, the whole ordering process was a mess - hidden fees, surprise charges that they didn't mention upfront. Plus, I had problems getting my travel docs on time, showed up late and had me all stressed out. Overall, dealing with this company was a huge headache and they seriously need to step up their customer service game.
